Offering a full range of consulting services and support, RMA believes that processes, plans and strategies must be tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. After all, every client has specific goals, budgets and business rules that cannot be addressed with "just add hot water and serve" solutions. Yet, these needs may be conditionally divided into three categories.

Category 1 are companies that have taken a decision to go to Russia, developed their business strategy and timeline for the entry, and know what specific set of services and support they need from their Russia consultant. Fully customized to fit their plans, this set may include anything from product registration to full representation in Russia.

Category 2 includes companies that have already entered Russian nutraceutical market and wish to improve their performance in Russia. Such companies are likely to require their performance analysis, help with Public and Government Relations, advice on more effective marketing strategies and better introduction to and/or interaction with the key market players in Russia.

Category 3 comprises companies that have come to understanding that expanding to Russia’ rapidly growing market is imperative for their business, but do not know how to approach this Terra Incognita.  These companies get a full walkthrough from us. We hand-guide them through several phases of Business Analysis, Planning and Implementation. At any stage the client may come to a conclusion that he is not ready to go to Russia yet, and pull out.

That said, we have a clearly defined project approach that, while flexible, has had consistent results: achieve business goals and meet users’ needs.

RMA PROCESS PHASES.

1. Discovery - At this stage we gather information and conduct research regarding goals & objectives, company needs, brand position, available products, and specific requirements, and any other special considerations or concerns. Key Discovery methodologies include: Discovery Workshop, Internal Business Unit Meetings, Collateral Gathering, and Benchmarking. During this Phase RMA Group will offer you to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

2. Analysis - The goal of this phase is to recommend best strategy, including the products’ recommendations, cargo volume, shipment schedule, branding, customs and technical considerations

3. Registration - At this stage we establish a framework for the Registration Process from a functional, legal, and technical perspective (Legalization, translation & apostil). This framework will be the roadmap for all efforts during the Registration phase.

4. Operations - At this stage it is time to establish legal presence in Russia; determine marketing strategy; obtain answers for all questions that may have arisen by this point. This framework will be the roadmap for all efforts during the Operational phase. During this phase we produce several documents according to the framework and directions established during the Discovery phase

5. Summarizing - This is a benchmark, when we confirm that by this phase all agreed-upon deliverables have been delivered; discuss further steps.  Decision is taken on RMAG involvement in the SALES Phase.  

6. Sales - Subject to the previous resolutions, we assist the client in establishing an effective infrastructure for Russian operation. This may include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Renting an office building or space
  • Staffing
  • Advertising
  • Renting storage facilities
  • Establishing ties with distributors
  • Accounting
  • PR and GR
  • Key Russian trade shows participation
  • Etc.
