Yes we can. To open up a new market, especially a market as lucrative as Russia, you would need a lot of issues to take care of, from starting a legal entity in Russia through establishing working contacts with distributors, authorities and market players.

The cost of Registration services depends on three key factors:

  • availability of documents necessary to compile a product dossier
  • complexity of laboratory tests needed for this particular product, as determined by Russian nutrition scientist
  • time constraints.

The costs for the registration of medical devices comprise: Consulting fee; Translation and authentication of translation if necessary; Russian experts' fee; tests and clinical studies; State Registration fee. There is no price list, but it is considerably less expensive than registering a new ingredient with FDA.

Russian regulations allow selling dietary supplements only at pharmacies and specialized stores. However, there is a large gray zone between what is allowed and what is forbidden in Russia. Many domestic and international MLM companies have been very successful in Russia. The ice is pretty thin, but the gains are most promising.

The product registration documents, usually called just "Registration", have no expiration and stay valid as long as the products do not change

In accordance with the Russian legislation, all food (nutritional, dietary) supplements, also known as biologically active supplements (BAS), are subject to mandatory State Registration by ROSPOTREBNADZOR of the Russian Ministry of Health.

It is a very complicated process, involving a variety of documents, extensive laboratory tests and formula verification... It typically takes from 6 months to over a year, and is a nerve-shattering process.

With our help, you will walk through all those formalities in three months. In exceptional situation, we may undertake to expedite the process.
